This class covers the process and the benefits of grounding as the path to finding and maintaining a deep sense of calmness and tranquility. In a safe, supportive and fun environment we start with the little causes of stress and how to deal with them. As your skill set grows we incrementally tackle deeper and more difficult concerns. With each level we discuss and practice several different types of skills to include methods that will be sure to work for different people and different circumstances. There is time for questions and practice. You are invited to share as much or as little as is comfortable for you.

Having had a chance to practice new skills people come back to the second class with questions and observations. We continue to delve deeper into our stresses and solutions. By the end of the class you have gained tremendous insight into what problems are stressful for you, how to see them coming, and what to do to minimize their impact. When you spend much less time and energy worrying - life is a lot more fun and you have much more energy for relationships, and activities that nurture you.
